HOT OF THE PRESS...

Our girl Terri Walker has confirmed that she will perform a live set at our sale event, "Off The Radar" on 31st July.  FURTHER to this she is donating her fee towards the cost of sponsoring a girl through a year of secondary school through our charitable work with the Fifty Fifty Women's group in Sierra Leone.  The aim is to educate young women so they have a chance to make informed democratic decisions whilst giving them the opportunity to be independent.  Now that is dope.

Ms Walker has been signed to Roc-A-Fella records and has been working with Ski Beats to create some real heat.  Returning to what we know and love her for, honest soulful music.  Check her out on SB TV's A64.

A little reminder of what we do!

Kenema & Co combines contemporary design with African “Ankara” fabric creating stylish clothing and home ware, think cool and understated at one end with bold and vibrant at the other.

We create shapes that flatter, focusing on style not just fashion.  Whilst producing great shapes for women we are in the process of designing a wider range for 2011 including, menswear and age appropriate children’s apparel, steering away from the trend of miniature adult’s clothing.

Kenema & Co are very passionate about supporting businesses in African countries by enabling business people to provide products, goods and services in exchange for FAIR pay.  This makes it possible for African business owners to sustain themselves without relying on handouts. Whilst we aim to create a look that is unique we also strive to support those in need.  The '& Co’ element of our name represents the work we do to promote independence and equality for all through our charitable work in conjunction with the ‘Fifty Fifty group currently operating in Sierra Leone (www.fiftyfiftysl.com).  Support us as we support others

We are more than a fashion brand.   We are style.  We are a movement.
